How to order

All orders in the UK are subject to £2.00/title P&P charge up to a total of £8.00/package.

All prices listed are exclusive of VAT.

Order online

You can use our on-line ordering system to request the titles you need. All orders will be dispatched within 3-4 working days.

You can pay by Paypal or if you are a UK school, and can provide us with a purchase order, we will dispatch your order with the invoice enclosed.

Order by post

If you don't want to place your order via our on line cart system, you can download and print off our standard order form (link) which can be found here and send it along with your own paperwork to:

Order by fax

You can also fax through your order to: 0560 209 6668. If you would like to download and print off our standard order form to fax in, please find it here.

Order by phone

We are also happy to take your order by phone and as long as you are a UK school or college, we can dispatch your order to you with the invoice attached.

Order by email

If you would like to email your order through, please send it to: orders@pumpkin-interactive.co.uk and as long as you are a UK school or college, we will dispatch your order to you with the invoice attached. Please give us the school's full name, address and post code. The details of the titles that you require and who the order is to be delivered for the attention of. Please give a contact phone number as well, as this is useful if there are any queries with your order. Please let us know if your finance department needs a separate invoice and if you have a purchase order, that is always useful, but don't worry if your school doesn't have them, we can still dispatch to you.

Overseas Clients

If you are an overseas client please contact us at orders@pumpkin-interactive.co.uk and we can let you know how much your P&P will be.

All overseas clients need to pay in full before your order will be despatched. Payment can be made by Paypal or contact us if you would like to arrange another payment method at orders@pumpkin-interactive.co.uk.
